TERMS

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround times vary from piece to piece depending on complexity and revisions. A timeline will be agreed upon prior to any payments. Wait time average is 7-14 days.

PAYMENT

50% of final expected upon confirmation of your commission. The final product will be delivered with a watermark for your review. Once the remaining 50% is received, the full size, full quality, non-watermarked image will be delivered in .png format via Dropbox link.All payments processed through Paypal or Cashapp.

PROGRESS & REVISIONS

After the 50% deposit is received, I, the artist, will begin working on the commission in a timely manner.For "Full Color" tier commissions, the client is entitled to at least 1 process picture (WIP) for review. I, the artist, will make up to 3 cost-free revisions to the piece as requested. Revisions will be made within reason to specific elements of the piece, and may not significantly alter the initial approved request art.Examples of acceptable revisions:
- Hair or eye color change
- Short sleeves to long sleeves
- Adding jewelry
- Expression change
- Hairstyle alterations
- Detail correction
- Removing a character
- Hand/Arm/leg positionExamples of unacceptable revisions:
- Beach background to mountain background
- Winter outfit to swimsuit
- Bob cut to braid hairstyle change
- Adding 1 character or more
- Switching one character for another
- Jumping pose to sitting pose"Monochrome" and "Pay What You Want" tier commissions tiers are not eligible for WIPs or revisions.Revisions desired after a piece is final will be considered alternate versions and may be purchased at an additional 50% of the final cost.All WIPs and final products will be delivered via Dropbox link.

REFUNDS

100% of any deposit received will be refunded if I, the artist, have not begun working on the commission at the time of the requested refund.Once the art piece is in progress, the 50% deposit will no longer be refundable. The sole exception to this policy shall occur if I, the artist, fail to deliver a final product within the agreed upon timeline. In that case, the commission will be considered cancelled and 100% of any deposit received will be refunded.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Any artwork received through commission may be freely distributed and used for your personal enjoyment as you see fit.
This includes but isn't limited to:
-Printing posters, stickers, shirts for personal use or free distribution
-Use in social media
-Reposting publicly or resending privately
-Creating a 3D model
-Using as visual reference to roleplay character
-Use as tattoo reference for self
-Use in personal blog entry
-Any other non-profiteering useThe commercial use of artwork received through commission is prohibited without the purchase of a commercial use license, available at an additional price.
Commercial rights include but aren't limited to:
-Bulk printing posters, mugs, clothes, and other items for sale
-Use in a book cover or album cover intended for sale
-Inclusion in illustration books for saleVisual transformation through the use of filters or tracing does not void the need of a commercial use license.Limited fair use exceptions apply in the case of news reporting, parody, criticism, and commentary.

In your request, you may include the following information:- Reference images- Desired pose, hairstyle, facial expression, outfit, or props- Any add-ons like background or additional characters and their referencesIf you don't have or can't provide these, it's ok; simply try your best to describe your artistic vision! If you dont have anything too specific in mind, it's also okay to rely on my artistic liberty.

Turnaround time

Standard turnaround is 7-14 days.Please let know if you have a need for any specific turnaround deadline and I will try my best to accommodate your needs. If I cannot realistically fulfill your request, I will let you know.All payments processed through Paypal or Cashapp.
